      Dorothy "Ginnie" Fowler - Owner & CEO

Ginnie has more than 30 combined years of experience in the hospitality industry. Prior to forming The Corporate Events Organizers Ginnie was the Phoenix Manager for Safaris, Inc., (which was later bought by industry giant PGI, Inc.), at the time an industry leader in the destination management marketplace.

Prior to Safaris, Ginnie was part of the Holiday Inns Worldwide/Promus Companies Team, in the position of Director, Travel Administration. In this position, she was responsible for all global travel policies and procurement for Holiday Inns Worldwide/Promus Companies and their subsidaries (Holiday Inns, Hampton Inns, Residence Inns, Embassy Suites and Harrah's Gaming).

Major responsibilities included negotiation and maintenance of all travel related contracts for airline, rental car and subsidiary travel arrangements for all levels of employees and franchisees, the daily operation and management of the in-house travel agency which was responsible for the ticketing and travel of over 1500 employees, company travel policy and fleet management (including corporate jet division).

        Cel Pena - Director of Operations

          Cel joined The CEO, Inc. with a firsthand working knowledge of computer technology systems and networks, providing the organization with the most up to date and finely tuned data management system. In addition to managing the organizations technology systems. Cel manages the day to day operations of the company. He also brings a special insight and expertise to transportation systems, contracting and managing our travel manifest databases.

          Joining The CEO, Inc. in 2001, Anna has become an invaluable asset to the organization. Anna brings acumen to detail in regards to the management of the company’s financial matters. Anna joined The CEO, Inc. after working as an account manager for a Hospitality software management company.    

 

                     
        Leslie Gaboury - Program Manager

          Leslie joined CEO, Inc. at the end of 2005. She has graduated with a Bachelors degree in Sociology, and a minor in Criminology. With 7 years of experience in the hospitality industry and a background in accounting/management she brings a high level of professionalism and organization to the company.
