The CEO, Inc. constantly strives to keep informed and updated on our supplier's transportation equipment and drivers. We schedule regular quarterly visits to all of our major suppliers "barns" to inspect current vehicles along with taking a look at new models expected. In keeping with this policy, we continue to build on our relationship with our providers and they have a better understanding of our expection levels.

When ordering transportation, we inform our providers of our current specific needs and expectations. It is our policy to maintain the knowledge of each of these clients and fulfill the transportation request to the expectation level of the client at hand. It is also our policy to advance spot all vehicles on-site early enough to properly inspect the vehicle and meet with the driver(s) personally.

While onsite we provide our clients with daily Arrival and Departure manifests along with customizing personalized departure notices for each attendee. All ensuring a smooth running program.
